Food Fight! The Battle for Brunch, Variety's brand new fundraising event, brought together some of BC's finest chefs in a battle for your taste buds! Food Fight, held Sunday, June 27th at The Vancouver Convention Centre, raised over $38,000 for children who have special needs.
Almost 300 guests were in attendance at the Vancouver Convention Centre on Sunday, June 27th, and enjoyed the delicious brunch offerings of each of the participating Chefs. After the votes were cast, Chef Eric Edwards of Tigh-Na-Mara Seaside Resort was declared Food Fight champ! Runner up was Chef Oliver Beckert of YEW Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel. A big congratulations and thank you to all our generous competitors!
