This year's Golden Heart Award Dinner was held Monday, April 15th at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver in honour of Peter R.B. Armstrong - a remarkable individual who believes in growing community and nurturing children to become tomorrow's citizens.
The Golden Heart Award is Variety's most prestigious mark of distinction, honouring individuals and organizations that have made exceptional philanthropic contributions throughout British Columbia and Canada. It is an evening of inspiration and celebration that brings communities together to acknowledge their leaders. Last year's gala event raised over $450,000 for children who have special needs.
