The Kids Coin Drive for Variety is an annual fundraiser in its 9th year. It was started by an incredible young fundraiser on Vancouver Island who had been helped by Variety and wanted to make sure Variety would always be there for any child who needed assistance. What began as a penny drive in an elementary school has since become a province-wide campaign that has raised over $1.5 million! Jeneece’s amazing spirit has inspired other kids around the province, all who have been helped by Variety, to take part and fundraise on behalf of children.
The 9th Annual Kids Coin Drive for Variety will be running September 1st until October 31st, 2010.
