Receptionist An ambassador for all visitors and callers, the Receptionist is an organized, detail-and-deadline-oriented individual who has superb oral communication skills, exceptional tact, and the ability to deal professionally and effectively with the public, our donors, suppliers and clients. A consummate professional, our new Receptionist will be comfortable multi-tasking in a busy office setting, and providing daily administrative and secretarial support services to members, staff and volunteers as well as data entry.
Duties include, but are not limited to, processing all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ordering office supplies, tracking event reservations and registrations, collecting funds, booking drivers, office van and typing correspondence.
High school graduation is required along with three years of experience in an administrative/customer service role. Excellent keyboard skills and expertise with Microsoft Office programs are expected.
