Variety paid for Gavin to have a special assessment to see if he was Autistic. As a result, Gavin was diagnosed with moderate Autism. This diagnosis will open up doors for Gavin and allow him to receive extra behavioural & educational support. His mom, Sylvia, wrote us an incredible thank you letter that we would like to share with you.
"If it wasn’t for Variety covering the costs of Gavin’s assessment, Gavin may have lost his support at school. If this had happened he would have become another statistic that fell between the cracks and his future, I know, would have been doomed.
