Carter is a 7-year-old boy from Port Alberni who was diagnosed with Down Syndrome & Developmental Delay. Variety provides Carter with intensive speech therapy to help with his severe expressive speech delay & communication development. As a result of his ongoing therapy sessions, Carter has made – and continues to make – significant progress each and every day both at home and at school.
