Victoria is a 10-year-old girl from Burnaby who was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Microcephaly & ADHD along with significant developmental delay. In 2016, Variety helped fund an enclosure bed for Victoria to ensure that she’s safe during the night. Most recently, Variety’s been providing her with Speech & Language Therapy to help with her communication development.

And just this past summer, Victoria received an adaptive trike which provides her with physical activity to help strengthen her legs, improve her endurance and develop her gross motor abilities while allowing her to enjoy independence as she can now have fun riding with her friends. “Victoria is very happy riding her trike everyday,” says Victoria’s mom, Bonnie. “Thank you Variety and thank you to your generous donors for all your help & kindness.”
